 In this demo video , we are demonstrating how to make banana flower dosa. We have taken only half the size of a medium sized one. Cleaning of the flower is very important . First apply gingley oil on your palms & finger tips to avoid sticking of gum like thing in your hands.,Then remove stick like hard one in the center & a transparent skin of the flower  as these are not getting cooked & hard to digest.This is  shown in the video.  We use only Idly batter after making idly for 2 days. left over batter is used. There is no need for separate  dosa batter.just add minimum quantity of salt to the banana flower while frying as already salt is added in idly batter.Just 2 cups of batter is enough for making 4 nos.
