Ingredients
2 amla fruits
2 or 3 green chillies
Required qty of curd ( Not sour)
salt
asafoetida pieces
mustard seeds, urad dal , curry leaves & asafoetida powder
one tea spoon oil
Instructions
!.Cut the amla fruits into small pieces, remove the seed
2.place them in the mixie jar
3.Add the green chillies, salt & asafotida pieces
4.Now grind it well
5.Transfer the ground amla into a bowl
6.Temper mustard,urad dal, curry leaves & a less qty of asafotida powder in a kadai.
7. Transfer the things from the kadai to the amla curd pachadi bowl..Mix it well.
Usage & benifits
Take 2 teaspoon as per your requirement . Add it to hot cooked rice, pour half or one tea spoon ghee & eat. This pachadi can be taken as a side dish for sambar rice.
Always take this amla during day time. If you take oil bath, don't consume this on that day.
. Amla contains vitamin "C", iron
Good for preventing anaemia, help to prevent diabetes,thyroid problem, keeps the body cool
Prevents hair loss, hepls to grow dense hair, invariably used in most of the hair oils, prevents the body from disease attack, slows down aging
Always use curd ( not sour), if the curd is already sour this amla would add more.
